Our businesses have served financial institutions for decades — operating one of the nation’s largest surcharge-free ATM networks, managing ATM fleets end to end, and providing cash-management software that runs hundreds of thousands of cash points worldwide.
In 2026, these businesses became MoneyPass Group: an independent company led by operators, in partnership with Fiserv.
Independence matters in our markets. We are neutral across cores, processors, hardware brands and armored carriers — our only agenda is making cash work better for the institutions we serve.
