Applicant Privacy Notice
MoneyPass Group, LLC — effective August 5, 2026.
1. About this notice
MoneyPass Group, LLC (“MoneyPass Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Applicant Privacy Notice to explain how we handle personal information you submit in connection with a job inquiry or application — whether by email to [email protected], through a posting, or otherwise in connection with our recruiting. This is the applicant notice referenced in Section 2 of our Privacy Policy; for matters this notice does not address, the Privacy Policy’s terms on security, disclosure, and privacy rights apply to applicant information in the same way.
2. Personal information we collect
We collect the information you choose to send us: your name and contact details; your résumé or CV and the information in it, such as work history, education, skills, and certifications; links you share, such as a professional networking profile or portfolio; and our correspondence with you. Later in a hiring process, we may collect information from references you provide and, where permitted by law and after providing any legally required notice and obtaining any legally required authorization, from background- or employment-verification providers.
Please do not include Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information in an introduction or application. If a role requires such information, we will request it separately through an appropriate channel.
3. How we use it
We use applicant information to evaluate your interest and qualifications, communicate with you about roles and our process, consider you for positions other than the one you inquired about (unless you ask us not to), maintain records required by law — including equal-employment-opportunity recordkeeping where applicable — protect our legal rights, and maintain the security of our systems and personnel. We do not sell applicant information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. How we disclose it
Applicant information is shared with the people involved in our hiring — hiring managers, interviewers, and human-resources personnel — and with the service providers that support our recruiting and corporate systems (including, for a transitional period following our formation, systems operated by third parties under transition services arrangements), our professional advisors, and legal, regulatory, or safety recipients where required, each as described in Section 6 of the Privacy Policy.
5. Retention
We retain applicant information for as long as needed for the inquiry or role concerned and, unless you ask us not to, to consider you for future roles. Certain records must be retained for periods set by law, and we retain those for the required period. To ask us to delete your information, use the contacts in Section 6.
6. Your rights and how to contact us
Depending on where you live, you may have rights in your applicant information — for California residents, the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to applicant information. The rights, the exceptions, and the ways to exercise them are described in Section 9 of the Privacy Policy, and the same channels apply: email [email protected], the contact form (“Privacy request”), or mail to MoneyPass Group, LLC, Attn: Legal, 600 N. Vel R. Phillips Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53203.
7. Equal opportunity
MoneyPass Group is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update this notice from time to time; we will post the revised notice on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
